The Revelation of JESUS CHRIST. We can have Hope in JESUS' words found in the Book of Revelation.

The Apostle John under inspiration from GOD wrote this Book to us to warn of the tribulation coming to earth. The Rise of the Man of Sin, the Anti-Christ who will be a world dictator seeking the worship of all and it also tells of his defeat. Yes, the Second Coming of CHRIST too, plus much more. But today I want to focus on a few Bible verses from Revelation chapter one and 2 Peter.

The Revelation of JESUS CHRIST, which GOD gave unto HIM, to show unto HIS servants things which must shortly come to pass; and HE sent and signified it by HIS angel unto HIS servant John. -Revelation 1:1-

The LORD is coming soon, shortly compared to the eternity of time but yet will happen when GOD decides it will. GOD is eternal, everlasting, the Creator of the universe and all the living. Yes, HE knows who we are!

The Scripture says that: Knowing this first, that there shall come in the last days scoffers, walking after their own lusts., and saying where is the promise of HIS coming? for since the fathers fell asleep (died) all things continue as they were from the beginning of the creation. 2 Peter 3:3,4

Life has continued on and many great things have taken place with more great things to come. JESUS CHRIST came to earth, HE then dies on that old rugged cross, shedding, bleeding out HIS blood for our sins so we could be saved from that awful tormenting eternal judgment in Hellfire.

JESUS' dead body was placed in a tomb and three days later HE arose from the DEAD! Showing HE had the Power over Sin and death and that we could believe in HIM for the salvation of our souls. The scripture says in 2 Peter 3 verses 8 and 9: But beloved, be not ignorant of this one thing, that one day is with the LORD as a thousand years, and a thousand years as one day. The LORD is not slack concerning HIS promise, as some men count slackness; but is long-suffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance.

In Revelation chapter one we read in verse 18: I AM HE that liveth, and was dead; and behold, I AM alive for, evermore, Amen; and have the keys of hell and of death.

You need to learn of JESUS CHRIST and come to HIM for the Salvation of your Soul! We will continue in a future POD with more about the Book of Revelation. In the meantime Seek JESUS today! For whosoever shall call upon the Name of the LORD shall be saved the Bible says in the Book of Romans 10:13.
